This is a somewhat obscure accessory for cameras that have accommodation for a cable release. A camera collectors' website calls it "a nice device that can be used to give self timer function to a Minox on a tripod and some other subminiature cameras that have cable release options". Made in Germany, it comes with a case, but no instructions. Seems easy to use and works properly.
