Born Nicolo Sturiano in Italy during World War II, he emigrated to the United States, where he started painting as H. Hargrove. He specializes in landscape scenes and Americana. This charming painting depicts the joy of fresh snow in the winter, and it's nicely framed. There's a little chipping on the corners of the frame.
