This lot features 2 vintage crumb catcher, both made by Meriden Britannia Company of quadruple silver plate. Both have the same pattern etched in center and same border detail. They date to the late 1800s, since the manufacturer was founded in Meriden, Connecticut, in 1852 and became part of the International Silver Co. in 1989. Both have surface scratches and the handle of the smaller one appears to have been resoldered (see photos.) Set is priced accordingly.
