John Austen (1886-1948) was a well known British artist and illustrator. This print is a good example of his work, which owes a lot to 1890's artist Aubrey Beardsley. It has a beveled black wood frame and a terracotta mat. The frame has some chips and it really needs to be reframed to showcase this piece.
