Madam Cat returning from the market with a basket full of goodies (cheese, mice, etc.) This whimsical ceramic cookie jar is a cat dressed up with a ruffle collar, pearl necklace and hoop earrings (1 is broken, see close up photos.) Purr-fect for holding pet or people treats. Signed by the artist S. Duncan and dated 1983. In Very Good condition, except for the 1 earring.
