This 5.5" porcelain figurine was produced in Japan by Erich Stauffer. A young boy wears a top hat and holds a cigar like WC Fields has he chats with 2 geese. This piece is in Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Has original Arnart Creation paper label on base.
