This ornate German porcelain piece depicts King Ludwig II of Bavaria sailing his swan boat to his grotto under the castle (a German classic story.) Ludwig II was known as the Swan King. This elaborate scene of bisque porcelain work, this vintage decor piece is in Very Good Condition with a tiny chip off his crown, his thumb and possibly some repair work on the flowers on one side of the boat (see photos.)
