Christopher Andrew Sabo is a former MLB 3rd baseman who played for the Cincinnati Reds, the Baltimore Orioles, the Chicago White Sox and the St. Louis Cardinals. His major league career spanned 1988 to 1996. He more recently was the head coach of the Akron Zips (2020-2022.) This baseball is stamped "Official League", "deBeer, Haiti" and is signed by Chris Sabo and another person we can't decipher (Ron Orita?) Ball appears to have been used in a game before being autographed.
