For hanging style trunk or hitch bike racks, the Saris Bike Beam bridges the gap between the bike's stem and seat to create a virtual top tube. Adjusts from 22" to 29" long. One loop end has a 1.5" opening and the other end has a 2.25" opening. Used, but in Very Good Condition with just a few scuffs from normal use.
