Hand-painted bird feeder with vibrant floral decoration and a pink dish for the birdseed. There are holes in the cylinder near the bottom for the seeds to spill out. It has a rope hanger. Gail Pittman is based in Mississippi and the piece is signed and dated 1997. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
