Made in Taiwan by Getz Bros. & Co., this pitcher in the shape of an owl is a replica of an ancient Shang Dynasty (1766-1122 BC) original. Made of cast metal with a green ceramic liner. and has a capacity of more than a quart. Ancient Chinese believed that owls were the symbol of extreme good luck. Very good condition.
