This skillfully embroidered artwork was made in 1960 by Estella Barber James (according to the note on the back), a Georgia native who passed at the age of 94 in 1985. Featuring a heart of flowers, children and the text of the "Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep" prayer, this piece is very nicely framed in gold and protected by glass. It is in Very Good condition, with some small stains and spots on the piece (see close up photos.)
