Very handsome table clock with brass face and movement in great cosmetic condition. There is a glass dome and a bronze finished base. It has a torsion pendulum and a wind-up movement, but the winding handle is missing, so we are unable to determine if it works. Made for Elgin by S. Haller in Germany.
